# Guardian Consent and Legal Authority Declaration By accepting this declaration, the guardian confirms that they are the child's parent, legal guardian, or an adult with lawful authority to create and manage the junior account. The guardian consents to LumaChess processing the junior's personal data for chess learning, class participation, coach feedback, safeguarding, payments, account support, and platform security as described in the Privacy Policy and Child Data Processing Notice. The guardian understands that authorised coaches may access the junior's learning records for coaching purposes, that wallet/payment records may be retained for accounting and reconciliation, and that withdrawal of consent may limit or stop the junior's access. The guardian understands that some records may be retained for legal, accounting, safeguarding, audit, or dispute reasons even after a withdrawal or deletion request.
