Sponsorship FAQ
Clear answers before you contribute or apply
Can a sponsor contact a student?
No. Sponsorship never creates messaging access, coaching control, or access to private student records.
When is a contribution counted?
Only after the payment provider confirms it authoritatively and the canonical finance system records it.
Can unused support be refunded?
A sponsor may request review of unused confirmed value. Amounts already applied to learning services cannot be refunded as unused funds.
How is a learner identified publicly?
An opaque beneficiary code is used by default. A child-safe alias appears only while the guardian's explicit, recorded consent remains active.
Does an application approve itself?
No. Every application requires an authorized human review and a bounded award before any service can use sponsorship funds.
