Sign in as the guardian
Register through I am registering a child if you do not already have an account. After verification, use the Guardian view and open My Children.
On your computer: Choose Guardian from My account views if another view is open, then My Children.
Create or review the intended child
Use Create junior account for a new child and complete the requested child and account details. If the child already exists, inspect your linked children and use the supported linking or invitation route shown for that account.
On your computer: Complete the junior form, then locate the child in Linked children.
Complete the child's requirements
Open the child's card and review consent and access status. Use Activate for the first monthly subscription and Enrol for the intended programme, checking the name and price in each dialog. Read any payment permission settings before allowing delegated spending.
On your computer: Open the child's record or the named quick action on their card.
Review learning and let the child attend
Use the child's record to inspect classes, assignments, progress and spending. The child joins lessons through their own Student account; your personal Student view is your own learning profile.
On your computer: Check the child's record and help them sign in with their separate credentials.
If something does not work
I see my own classes instead of my child's.
Your Student view belongs to you. Return to Guardian → My Children to manage the child; participation uses the child's own login.
