Enrol yourself or a child in a programme
Confirm the learner and programme fee, then check that a place is confirmed.

Open the intended programme
On Programmes, choose View programme & join. Sign in or create an account when asked. Keep that join link so you can return to the same programme after verification or payment.
On your computer: Open the offering's join page and use its Sign in or Create an account link.
Check Who is joining?
Select your own learner account or the intended child. Confirm Joining for … before proceeding. Guardians should check the child's name for every enrolment, especially when managing siblings.
On your computer: Choose the learner; use Choose another learner if the displayed name is wrong.
Review access, price and permission
The summary separates Monthly learning activation, Programme enrolment and wallet balance. Already active skips activation. Review the programme fee and any promotion code. A junior purchasing with delegated permission must choose an approved guardian; otherwise ask the guardian to complete it.
On your computer: Read the summary, complete any required activation, then review Join programme and its confirmation.
Confirm the place and read the outcome
Choose Join programme and confirm the displayed details. If using the onboarding picker, select the desired programme cards and choose Join … selected programme(s). A guardian's child-card dialog instead uses Enrol, Programme or class and Confirm enrolment.
On your computer: Wait for the success, waiting-list or approval message. Each has a different next step.
Open the learner's live classes
After confirmed enrolment, use Open my live classes or Open this class where offered. A child signs in with their own student credentials. Current and future sessions linked to the enrolled cohort appear when scheduled.
On your computer: Check My live classes for the intended class and timetable.
If something does not work
I am on the waiting list or approval is required.
Read the page's status: it is not confirmed enrolment. The join flow states when no programme fee was taken. Ask the academy about the place, then return to the same link.
I paid but the class is missing.
Check whether you topped up, activated learning, or completed programme enrolment. Confirm the learner and cohort, then check the enrolment result before making another payment.
