Register the right account
Create one adult account, or start with a guardian when registering a child.

Choose who you are registering
On Who are you registering?, choose I am 18 or older for your own learning or I am registering a child for a guardian account. Under-18 learners need an adult to create or link their account.
On your computer: Click the appropriate card. Teachers can instead use Register primarily as a coach below the cards.
Enter your details and roles
Use an email you control. Complete the name, location, phone and birth-date fields requested by the form. Review Account roles; additional roles share the same sign-in. Academy administrator access requires approval.
On your computer: Work down the form, checking the required role and any additional roles you need.
Review passwords and agreements
Enter matching Password and Confirm password values, then read and complete the age and legal confirmations. Optional FIDE details can be left for later.
On your computer: Check the form for validation messages before submitting.
Create the account and check email
Choose Create adult student account or Create guardian account on the matching form. The coach form uses Create coach workspace. Continue with email verification using the address you entered.
On your computer: Click the create button once and wait for the result.
If something does not work
The email is already registered.
Use Sign in or the password recovery link for that account. Do not create another account to obtain a different role.
I need academy administrator access on my existing account.
Sign in, open your account menu or Switch academy, and choose Apply for your academy. Adult students, guardians and coaches can submit evidence for review without replacing their existing roles.
